Welcome to the website of INNES STRONG. Please read the following Terms of Sale carefully before making a purchase from our online shop. By purchasing items through the site, you agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
These Terms of Sale may be updated from time to time. If we make changes to these Terms of Sale, we will post the modified Terms of Sale on the Site and update the "Latest Version" date.
We recommend that you review these Terms of Sale before making any purchase through the site to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.
Availability and prices
All items offered for sale through our website are subject to availability and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose quantity limits on any order and to discontinue offering products without notice.
We display as accurately as possible in the colours and images of the products that appear in the store, however, we cannot guarantee that the colour sample will be hundred percent accurate on the computer screen or any mobile device that you use.
All prices are shown in British Pounds. The price do not include shipping cost or other customs taxes and are only the value of the product. To make the currency exchange, you can do it from the top right of our website. The price will be shown according to the exchange rate of the day.
Payments
You can make the payment through your PayPal account or credit or debit card. We do not have access to your bank data, your bank details or any other financial information.
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that you authorise us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order (including any shipping or other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problems we encounter in order to proceed with your order. Should you wish to change or update the payment information associated with your account on the site, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. This is encrypted via Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it takes to complete that transaction. Once completed, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS-compliant standards as indicated by the PCI Security standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure safe handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.
We do not have access to your bank details, or bank account or any other financial information and we can not gain access to your bank details at any point or request.

All content and materials on our site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are owned, controlled or licensed by INNES STRONG and protected by copyright laws.
Delivery time All orders placed in our online shop receive top priority.
The shipping process can begin the same day or the day after the purchase is made (business days). Once shipment is processed, delivery time is 2-5 business days. There may be exceptions of 4-8 business days for delivery to extended area and outside the UK
Because orders are placed from multiple locations, please note that some items may not be available in stock. If the product you purchased is not available at the time of order processing, a representative from our customer service team will contact you.
Taxes
Customs taxes vary according to the country of origin of the purchase and will not be covered by us, therefore, we are not responsible for the collection of such tax.
Returns and exchanges (National and International)
It is a priority for us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept the product for exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. You can choose one of the following options:
- Exchange the item for another available item,
- Receive a credit for the amount you paid for the item, this credit can be used on future purchases through our website.
We do not refund currencies.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on end of season discounted pieces. Discounts only apply to online purchases.
It is important that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, retaining the original packaging and labelling. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted unless it has a manufacturing defect. Some restrictions may apply.
Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged in physical stores, except for some previously authorized exceptions.
Special orders are customized products, therefore, they will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Due to the artisan process carried out in each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colours or the shapes may vary slightly in relation to the images that are shown on our website. Each piece is handmade and with unique natural materials, so there is not one piece exactly like another.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A EXCHANGE
Send a change request to the following email address info@innesstrong.com with the following points:
- The order number that appears on your order
- Reason for the exchange
- The article you want to exchange for
Once we accept the return of the item, we will send you a pre-paid FedEx waybill to the mail registered in the purchase and you will have to follow the next steps:
Print the waybills (in case of international shipments also print the proforma invoice sheets that are attached in the file).
Pack the items with their original packaging and labelling.
Go to the nearest FedEx drop-off location, hand in the pre-paid waybills and verify that the package is shipped completely sealed.
Once we receive the package, the returned items will be carefully examined. Once we check that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the requested exchange.
Cancel an order
You can cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process". If the order is in the "Sent" state, the cancellation cannot be made.
