Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces, however if for whatever reason you change your mind  and  you need to send something back, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 20 days of your online purchase. Refund only apply in faulty items.  If your purchase was in store, we can only do exchange.  Please note that our clothes are tailor made and our jewelry pieces are handmade with genuine organic materials (i.e authentic semi precious stones)  so despite our efforts,  it is impossible for us to have a product one hundred percent equal to another. 
 

General conditions to all return/refunds requests.

  1. Items must be returned new, unworn, unused and in their undamaged original packaging. 
  2. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code.
  3. Products purchased online can be returned  in the UK for refund or exchange within ten days after the date of purchase. 
  4. Engraved items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
  5. Tailored to measure items are non returnable or refundable. 
  6. Refunds are made to the same payment method of purchase.

  7. We do not refund nor exchange discounted items.


What you can return.

  1. Faulty items purchased online. (Bare in mind that organic materials are unique and their value resides in that uniqueness. Semiprecious stones are created by nature, and you must expect some variation in colour and shape)
  2. All items purchased on our UK website except of discounted items, these are only be exchangeable, not refundable. 
  3. Items purchased in our shops are only exchangeable for another piece or for a voucher. 


Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions  apply in faulty items). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

HOW MUCH RETURNS/ REFUNDS COSTS?

All returns within the UK are complimentary and free of charge. Exchanges are at the customer expense.
Returns or exchanges  from elsewhere in the world will be paid by the customer. 

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments returned from outside the UK and  EU.
